TINTORERAS: THE LAVA ISLETS
Visiting the “Tintoreras” is like opening an ancient book written by the ocean. You board the boat at dawn, when the light barely touches the surface of the water, and birds watch you from the rocks.
The boat ride to the islet is short, but each minute feels like a revelation: turtles silently emerge, penguins swim along the coast, iguanas rest on the lava like ancient guardians, and the black path leads me to the channel where the tintoreras rest, motionless, as if dreaming under the deep blue.
And when you thought you had seen it all, it's time to enter a secret world, surrounded by fish that move like living brushstrokes, the snorkel.
